Apple describes this as the largest update iPad mini has ever had. The screen is now an 8.5-inch Super Retina XDR OLED panel, the chip is the 2nm A20 Pro, and the body carries an IP67 rating while measuring just 5.4 mm thick. Apple Pencil Pro and Apple Pencil (USB-C) are both supported, and a nano-texture display is offered on the higher-capacity models.
The display runs at 2316 x 1512 pixels and 326 ppi, with up to 1200 nits peak HDR brightness. A20 Pro has a 5-core CPU in the 128GB and 256GB models and a 6-core CPU at 512GB, each with a 7-core GPU. There is a 12MP Wide rear camera and a 12MP Center Stage front camera on the landscape edge. Touch ID handles security, and Apple's N1 chip provides Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.
iPad mini comes in Midnight or Starlight with 128GB, 256GB or 512GB of storage, and the 256GB and 512GB models can be ordered with nano-texture glass. Wi-Fi + Cellular models add 5G through the C2 modem using eSIM. It measures 195.3 x 132.6 x 5.4 mm and is available from 6 November 2026. Each unit ships factory-sealed with Apple's warranty, and you can pay in Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT or other crypto.
